Meet ReyMelin
This is me:
I grew up in a deeply religious home, where faith and community were the cornerstones of my upbringing. From a young age, I was taught the importance of authenticity, but it took me years to truly understand what that meant for me. As I navigated my identity and ultimately embraced being gay and non-binary, I learned to honor my true self, even when it felt difficult.
My experiences in church ministry and singing in worship gave me a platform for public speaking, allowing me to share my journey and connect with others. I found joy in empowering leaders to recognize and celebrate their own authenticity, as well as the unique diversity within their teams. I believe that embracing our true selves not only strengthens our communities but also fosters a more inclusive and vibrant world.
